Guatemala 1930 10c/15P SURCHARGE DOUBLE on 1932 registered cover with American Philatelic Society certificate (1981) 'Genuine in all Respects'. There was one sheet with the double surcharge, one surcharge almost on top of the other. This is a particularly clear example of the variety and POSSIBLY UNIQUE in used condition.
